Max water and waterblock temps?

Hi I just built my first watercooled system, I'm cooling an i7 2600k and an MSI 780 Lightning. I've started dialing in some overclocks on my CPU and under load the hottest core is hitting about 55C (@ 4.2 GHz). I understand the temperature at the waterblock and the temperature of the water itself isn't normally the same but this got me a little worried because I read the max temperature for my tubing is 60C. Is there normally much of a difference between the water temp and the block temps or are they similar?

I was wondering what would be the maximum temps I could run my CPU and GPU at without damaging my tubing or anything else in my loop? Can I push my CPU clocks higher safely as well as start overclocking my GPU?
