Maximum internet speed through DIR-615

I took the risk today, and got the free Virgin Media upgrade from 20Mb to 60Mb. Of course that involved a new superhub... I promptly put it into modem mode. With a wired connection into the DLink, I get 50Mb down approx. But with wireless I am not seeing much above 15Mb. Odd because I was seeing 18-19 regularly before the upgrade.... Anyway - it is capable of far more speed than that isn't it ? It is configured as "802.11Mixed(n/g/b)". Do I need to set it to "802.11n only" ? Will that increase speed ? If so, will phones and tablets be able to connect ?

Now getting 60Mb through the wireless connection. It seems that I was suffering a severe slow-down at a busy period, that wasn't affecting me when the connection was just 20Mb.
