Hi guys,
I have an Asus P5B mobo. I was just about to upgrade my ram, when I found this in the mobo manual:
Well, it just so happens that I was considering gettting 4 x 2gb sticks (for a total of 8gb), but each of the sticks that I am considering is DD2-800.
Is this a problem?
Will the ram be down-rated to DD2-667 automatically, or not even work at all?
Thanks for any advice that you can give.

Due to chipset limitation, this motherboard can only support up to 8 GB on the operating systems listed below. You may install a maximum of 2 GB DIMMs on each slot, but only DDR2-533 and DDR2-667 2 GB density modules are available for this configuration.
