Maximus V Gene Error Code 40

Anyone know what this means and how to fix it? I looked it up in the manual but it really wasn't much help. (40 - OEM post memory initialization codes).

CPU and memory are:

i7 3770k (@stock for now)
8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600Mhz

Running off the iGPU for now.

Edit: Its also worth saying that it only displays QCode 40 about 1 in 5 times. The rest of the time its reads AO.

mmm odd - not had that once with the Gene V over a year of use
