Not sure if this is the right place to post
I bought the Maxtor Maxline III last Feb. It stopped working end of november and have just got round to sorting out an RMA, however Maxtor are now owned by Seagate and when i go through their RMA process it says that i must go to the product supplier (overclockers) in order to get a replacement. The RMA process that previously existed with maxtor is no more, they supplied a program that would detect the exact error on the drive, which i have kept a record of. I just wondered what i must now do in order to get my drive replaced.
Thanks
