MAYHEMS BLITZ PT 2 Question

Hello .
I'm currently on part 2 of of blitz cleaning procedure my question is am I able to open and use the PC and run the loop for 24 hrs? I mean its 25ml of that cleaning stuff in almost a litre of distilled water it could keep the temps okay right?
Or it has to be only the pump

all though its advised to run part 2 with warm water to start it is not advised to run the system fully. The system is coated with a nanoscopic layer to protect it esp in the rad and the process takes a while, heating and lowering the fluid constantly may cause issues.
