This is marketed as being a "pre-mix"....does this mean it has all the necessary anti-corrosives and biocide in it?

In the description it seems to include anti-corrosives but it says it's "environmentally firendly" so it makes me think that there is no biocide in it....surely that's not good as you need some in it?
