MB battery

Lately, my Macbook has decided it would like to die everytime my battery level reaches around 30%. I thought it might just be cutting out because I had a few applications running, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Any suggestions? Is the battery done?

Try downloading coconut battery, it tell you how much life is left in your battery

I've just ran it, results are:
Current battery capacity: 4322 mAh
Original battery capacity: 5200 mAh.

Macbook age: 22 months.

I take it those results are pretty bad?
