MB board has gone pooft!!

Hi all

Been a while since I posted on here so bear with me
Right my Q6600 rig has just gone into melt down, I have manged to find a old MB to tie me over but now looking at upgrading.

I have done some reading on here about latest MB and processors, just wondering which processors (i5 or i7) are best for OC and what MB is best?? Also I will be WC the CPU this time for a quieter rig.

Is the choice between Asus or GB for MBs now??? What happend to the rest??
