MBAM blocking uTorrent

So on the latest Malwarebyte's there is the IP blocking addition. When I torrent some stuff it pops up with, malicious attack IP. 12.4.3.54 (blah blah) blocked. Should I completely disable the IP blocking option whilst torrenting or does it do no harm and not effect my speeds?
