MBP + External Monitor

Just got a Samsung 2232 to go with the MBP in the office.

Is there anyway of making the external monitor the main display, ie the display with the dock etc, and the MBP display the secondary one?

Ideally preferably without mucking it all up when I'm using the MBP on its own at home and on my travels.

yes its in preferences, displays, arrangement. drag the dock logo from one side to the other IIRC
