MBP - Loading a Windows Partition

Hi,

I have a work laptop which I'd like to copy the whole partition (including all the installed applications) and install it on a MBP (Parallels or BootCamp).

What's the easiest way to do this? Get Norton Ghost and copy the image?

Oh and a random question: does the MBPs come with the front-row remote? Can you just buy one from eBay and it will work straight away?

My new MBP didn't have the remote. I was most upset! Good for presentations as well. Has a VGA adapter though.

just ghosting it probably won't work if you want to boot from it as the hardware will be different. Think vmware offer a tool somewhere that will take your windows install and make a vmware image that would work with vmware fusion, not sure if parallels has something similar.

They don't come with the remote any more because after July 11th you can use an iPod Touch or iPhone to control it.

Any bought separately will work though.
