MBP Memory Upgrade

Hi Folks

I need to upgrade my memory on my MBP... At the moment I only got 1gb of memory and past couple of day i been using Aperture and PSE 6 a lot and so system been slow and hogging....

Do I stick in another 1gb in the empty slot or a 2gb

The leap from 1GB to 2GB will give you the biggest noticeable performance increase but with RAM so cheap these days you can get 4GB for ~£60.

It depends which MBP you have, if it's a Core Duo I think it can only take 3GB but C2D's can take more.

If you just want to get 2GB I was always led to believe that 1 x 2GB is better than 2 x 1GB.

What i was thinking of was sticking in a 2GB then it be 3GB in total
