MBP - Power cord?

I have a MBP, but no powercord. I have the 60W MagSafe adapter, can I use any power cord with it or must I use an Apple one?

which mbp is it? i know the 13" also uses the 60w magsafe. i think you can use the 60w on the 15/17" mbp's aswell. it just charges a little slower.

Plug any figure of eight cable into it.

you can pick up the proper ones for a couple of quid on the bay

i bought my MBP in Sydney duty free shop so it had an aussie plug but got the proper one back here from eBay for £3 guy i used was called 2ndchanceit

doesnt work any better than a normal figure of eight lead just looks the part
