MBP ram upgrade

Im wanting to upgrade to 4gig .

Currently running 2gig from factory.....Without me opening it up ...with the 2gig i have installed will this be 2 x1gb dimms or 1x 2gb dimm?

Is there actually 2 slots or only one?

Also what ram do i need?

If its the same as my macbook it will be 2 x 1GB and yes there will be 2 slots.

But you might need the 800mhz version for a new MBP...

Factory spec is 2 x 1GB.
