MBP Slown Down

Hi All

My MBP Has slown down quite a bit dont know why and boot up not as fast is it cost it been used and got MS Office installed or does it need cleaning what tips is there please to get it at peak again

Go to each of these folders and completely empty them both.

Home>Library> Caches
Macintosh HD>Library>Caches

This will delete all of the cache files, and should speed things up a bit (first reboot might be a bit slow), or alternatively you can check out Onyx or Tinkertool in the sticky

wtf is "slown"??

also i use onyx and it seems quite good, although my mb is new so haven't had any need to clear cache etc.
