This guy has upgraded his MacBook Pro with a 64GB solid state drive. Now, Solid State drives arent the "Jesus" of new hard drives as currently they offer nowhere near the storage of traditional drives. They are also slower than hard disks at some operations. However, in a mobile environment they offer more robustness, are a lot quieter and cooler, and draw less power.
Just a little sneak peek at what we might be using in a couple of years time. The boot up speed is nice.
