MBR proib. Windows won't boot, but Linux will.

I had dual boot machine for a long time since 2000 & used both OSs. The prob. is when I boot into win2kpro, a stop error comes up with a Inaccesible boot device message. This is the 2nd time this happened, the first time my dad did a rescue console for me with the cd, but the cd is at my parents house. Is there a way to do a fixmbr from linux or fix it somehow. I think it is a boot sector virus, that is the only thing that makes since, cause th hardware is fine. Grub is on the MBR after all & OpenSuSE comes up fine. I can't boot from my 2nd HD, all I get is a lot of repeating 1s & 0s, but Grub is also on the boot sector of the 2nd HD. Man I hate windows.
