has anyone tried a pair of these.they are supposed to improve your posture and ease joint pain.the blurb is that they have to be fitted to your feet in the shop so you get just the right size.i know my shoe size so whats that about.so has anyone tried them and are they worth the 145 quid they cost..i am thinking of getting a pair as i have a bad knee that hurts on long walks...

They do look ridiculous and cost a bomb, but from trying a pair on in the shop I think they would improve your posture and help with back and joint pain (depending on the specific problem you have). When I put them on I just automatically stood up straighter and stopped slouching.
