MCE 2005 free vista upgrade?

If i bought a new motherboard, cpu and OEM MCE2005 on a single order, do i qualify for the free upgrade to Vista Home Premium?

Does anyone think i'll have any trouble with microsoft, as looking back to december posts, some people seem to think that this offer was a bit of a ripoff and they wouldnt honor it.

No, you must have bought a full sytem from an authorised OEM.
