there is an update rollup pack for it, but you can't integrate them (not even with nlite i dont think..)

you need dot net 1.1 and the SP for that before installing this..

Yes it does. MCE is just Windows XP Professional with a few tweaks/etc (see here)

But download Update Rollup 2 (here)
