Well all of a sudden my computer kept turning itself off today I shortly discovered that one of my pumps was spinning for like 2 seconds then stopping for 5 then rinse and repeat.

Since I cannot use my computer without a pump do you think there is any way in which I can fix it as I believe the warranty has ran out being it's just over 1 year old.

The pump motor could be overheating? If it's out of warranty, i'd take the motor out of the housing and look for signs of visual damage.

I'd wait for someone more experienced to reply before doing his thoug :)

Put it on another molex first.

Do you have a stock cooler for now. I you take it apart as said. Take it out the loop and power it see if it spins will be ok for a short time with no water. If it dont its dead.

Yep took it out and tried it on a different molex without water and it did the same. I know there's a little thing you can do where you solder two connectors together to make it more powerful, just wondering if to bother and try this :P
