I did a little overclocking of my cpu and graphics card and used CPUID to make sure the temps didn't get too high. I just used Everest to double check and saw something else on there that CPUID doesn't list, the MCP temp. Mine seems to idle at around 60 degrees which seems very very high to me, what exactly is it and how should I go about dropping the temp?

And also do my other temps look ok? This is at idle, I think my mobo temp is too high too...
