Not long since my leak testing started, filled the loop up, Hotwired the PSU (hotwired..lol) took a while for the liquid to have enough UMPFF to get round the loop (didnt seem, right pump didnt get to run dry) now its doing a complete cycle and nice n full (so it seems) every so often i get a nasty noise and a JET of water gushing, i can see the water in the tubing, it looks white :S, all new appart from Rad and Pump.
Any ideas on my problem?

Pump - cpu - gpu 1 - gpu 2 - rad - Y splitter / DD Filport res - Pump
MCP655 - D-tek Fuzion - EK 8800gtx - EK 8800gtx - y splitter - DD blah - pump

sounds like air getting into the pump. have you shaken the rad to check theres no air in there and leave it running for a day to see if it goes away.
