Sorry if this is not the appropriate forum, mods move as you see fit.

I wanted to know if any of you have an MCTS in Windows 7 installation and configuration? The reason I ask, is because I need any MCTS qualification I can get my hands on. I have no interest in the topic what-so-ever, so the discussion is not about the merits of the accreditation, I just want to know whether this is relatively "easy" to get?

I'm booking a firebrand training course - 3 day 12 hour a day type of thing but I'm somewhat apprehensive about the whole thing. I mean, I've installed Windows as an operating system more times than I'd like to remember. Should that be enough foundation for me to walk into the classroom with?

Thanks in advance.

Depending on howmuch it is costing you, you can get away with just buying the book and getting a hold of CBT nuggets. Would probably work out cheaper too.

Thanks mate - the thing is, it's time pressured for me and I need to get it done as soon as I can. To that extent, I've gone and pre-booked a place in a Firebrand training course, which costs a boatload, but the money isn't a concern.

I run my own ltd company, with thousands in the bank going to the HMRC, so I can use that money as a legitimate business expense and not pay a penny out of my own pocket.
