MCW60/8800gtx compatability

Basically it doesnt fit, the picture from the Swiftech website shows it fits but mine the holes on the gfx card are spaced further apart, anybody help (it fits my 7800gtx ok)

Just spotted it needs an adaptor plate

The adapter plate is reasonably priced and fairly widely available. However, i have a pair of Aquaextreme MP-1's which have just about identical performance to your block and i was advised that they would not be suitable for use on a 8800 due to the heat that the cards produce. To my mind an EK 8800 full cover block would be better suited. It's certainly the block that i shall be getting and it can be had for less than £50 too.

I had the blobk from my 7800gtx but did order the adapter kit when i ordered my 8800gtx, the kit turned missing the adapter plate, ive emailed OCers about it.
