MDA Vario II users - got wireless?

Guys, I'm sure your all aware that the T-Mobile MDA Vario II is the same HTC Hermes handset thats the SPV 3100 from Orange.

Now every other incarnation of the HTC handset seems to indicate that it has the Wireless 802.11b adaptor on board, but T-Mobile dont mention it on any of their specs, even independant retailers mention the Vario II has the wireless adaptor.

So - those of you with a Vario II bought from T-Mobile, can you confirm that they havnt been uberEvil and disabled it in some bizarre gesture? A little anal me asking I know, but I just dont want to order it and be lumbered with the wrong handset.

I work for t-mobile retentions ,
i am what you they call a handset advisor , i can confirm that the vario 2 has wireless , all you have to do is turn it on via the com manager.

its there dude ,

Nope, wireless fully functional on the Vario II. Both 802.11 B and G supported.

WEP is the only encryption method supported but WPA2 has been included in the AUK 3.3 update due in March.
