mdpc-x open time?

Hello all I know on the site is says to try between 16:00 and 22:00 german time but i have been trying to order for a few days now and had no luck at all.

My question is what time do you make a order?(If you can remember)

Its a little crazy, iv got no idea where else i could get what i want. I know people cant just put in a link on here due to competition
