Me again new Pc

Hi all. Well since I got my 970GTX system not improved and just sick of it now. Just today I had on start up windows boot manager failed. Im getting blurred text in games and dimming problems and also dark shadows around objects. Not enjoyed gaming once this year so far and today last of it. Im prepared to pay 2000 tops including monitor which I want a 27" 144hz. Not too sure which graphic card last 2 NVidia been terrible and on NVidia forums a lot of people been having a lot of problems with there drivers also. So spec me a PC and monitor please with speakers also. Thanks very much. Also want it already built so don't have to mix and match. Enough room to upgrade graphic card to in case.

I no it should be good enough as you said but with all the errors etc and already spent £300 on a new card I give up just incase its mobo or even something else. So I thought I might as well start from scratch. Desk top ok so will give this to my brother and just say buy a new Hard drive not SSD to store things on.

Are you saying you have a GTX970 and are not happy with it?

What is the rest of the spec?

Specs of my pc above. I no you said in past its too good of a PC but with all errors im just sick of it. I don't do anything else so not really bothered about money as its my hobby and at the moment I am hating it. Don't think it the graphic card to be honest. But if I buy something else like SSD then it turns out to be something else and so and so on. I might as well start from scratch. ive had it since 29/6/2012 still got receipt in receipt folders what I buy lol. So its nearly 3 year old.

I'm looking at that and the only thing I can see that needs a change is the ,

• SSD
• GTX670

And overclock the CPU?

And as you have a new 970 now it shouldn't be struggling.

Have you done a fresh install?

I f your gonna build the PC your self anyway, ya might as well replace a few bits you think might be causing the problems first, if it fixes it then you save a fortune.

I assume you would want a bigger faster SSD anyway so theres no harm in replacing that, and ya want a better monitor, so replacing that also is just an upgrade anyway.

They alone might rule out the boot problems and the blurry dark graphics your getting.

Hi. Thanks. I have fixed some of the problem today as when i move the screen stopped going dark but still some texture issue. I went into power options i have set it to High performance as normal. I changed USB selective suspending setting to disabled. This reduced lag/acceleration problem. I changed PCI Express Link state power management to maximum power power save. This stopped the screen going darker when i moved. So it is possible that the PCI express slot in mobo is failing?. Also is there other options to change to try and help?. Thanks.
