me missing files

hi there

i have an old pc with windows me on, when it boots into windows i get a couple of windows pop up saying that there are missing 3 files:-

MFC71.DLL
MSVCP71.DLL
LIBSASL.DLL

any idea what prog requires these files?
and where i could download them?
i havent got a windows disk
