My system.
Cpu: AMD FX-6100(Stock) was OC'ed but had no real world gain it run just hotter.
MoBo: MSI 990XA-GD55 AMD 990X
Ram 8gb Corsair vengeance 2 x 4gb 1600mhz
GFX: XFX ATI Radeon HD 7950
PSU: XFX 550w pro (i am looking into getting a new one at the weekend).

Just pulled my pc to bits as my nice new case(Corsair Carbide 540 thanks OcUK) comes tomorrow and i think my VERY old psu is ready for replacing. What dose the damage look like on the pocket??

not wanting a 1000w monster but something that will run nice and may power 2 gpu in the future (because you never know)

What are the NZXT psu's like, i have never heard of them doing psu's before, is it just a re-branded psu from a good maker?

Power supply retailers rarely make their own power supplies. Seasonic and Superflower do, but they also make power supplies for other companies.

Check here

The NZXT is an FSP unit - not bad at all but not quite as good as units made my Seasonic or Superflower.

You can't really go wrong with any of the units I've linked. Just make sure you don't choose a super-budget £20 ebay special..

i would rather sever my manhood using only paper cuts before buy an ebay psu

Out of ExRayTed's suggestions the two EVGA Supernova G2's would be the best bet due to the awesome 10 year warranty. They are a high quality unit built by Superflower and EVGA's support is excellent.
