ME3 extended cut corrupted

Is there any way i can re download this? ive removed the corrupted file, and when the game starts and checks for downloaded content i no longer get the corrupt file warning.
But Origin still have that i have already purchased it.

Delete game and redownload I would think

Not sure u can just remove part of it
