Meal ideas that dont require an Oven or stove?

I can only stomache so many microwave meals..

We're in the middle of getting the kitchen refitted which means the oven/grill and stove are all unavailable. The only means of heating food we have are the microwave and George Foreman grill (large).
So what meal ideas can our resident culinary experts come up with that are tastier than microwave stodge and cheaper than a take-out every night?
For up to 4 people.

Already tried the 5 minute chocolate cake

Making a shopping list of food to get after work - going to start making heavy use of the George foreman and microwave rice methinks.
Can you microwave pasta? (I'm assuming no - not from raw)
I've always done rice on the hob, how long does it take in the micro?

Cheers for all the tips so far. Microwave meals are annoyingly convenient so I get lazy and forget theres so much you can cook without an oven!

Really looking forward to being able to bake again though Expect a load of 'Baking with m0rte' threads in the new kitchen + new camera (DoF!)
