Meaning of Package and IA Cores in Powers section of HWMonitor

With HWMonitor on my i3820 / P9x79 system, HW monitors has two items under the Powers "tab": one called Package and the other called IA Cores. Is IA cores a subset of package or separate? If I have 130W for package and 110W for IA cores, is that 240W going through th chip or just 130W?

I wouldn't pay much attention tbh.

I only use hwmonitor as a general indicator of temps. Mine shows my voltages as being all over the place.
