The missus (yes really, just had a phone call from here) has browned off some beef this morning at 8.30am and put it into the slow cooker but hadn't put the switch on at the wall...she's only just discovered it but I was wondering if it will be safe to eat once its fully cooked? The lids been on it since 8.30 but no heat! Its meant to be a beef casserole if that helps at all!
