Not my personal style of music, but what an iconic and brilliant singer. Recently it's like a whole swathe of people I grew up "knowing" is being washed away.

Yep that's the biggest indicator that I'm now old, though quite a few have been suicides accidental or not (Chester, Cornell, Paul Grey).

It feels like i've been listening to him forever, Bat Out of Hell has been on my playlist pretty much since I first got a record player.
 
Absolute legend. He really was one of those people that practically everyone living knows of. RIP big man.

Like a bat out of hell, he was gone when this morning came :(

remember seeing him live a few years back, he properly gave it his all ended basically every song gasping for breath.

bat out of hell is one of those songs it's hard to not sing along to
 
Wow, I thought he was older than that. Damn shame, not my favourite musician but can't deny his achievements.
