That's sort of what I have now, though non mech
Doesn't quiet work, some keyboards don't allow the F and J keys to be placed elsewhere, also the keys don't match.
For example 2 has the shift char of @ in dvorak, not "

You want the WASD V2 104 (ANSI) or 105 (ISO) keyboard. Features dip switches that allow you to quickly switch between hardwired layouts including qwerty, Dvorak, colemak and mac mode. Code Keyboards sells their own version of it featuring clear switches, but they're out of stock and there won't be another run for a couple months. I don't know if there's any UK or European distributor of WASD keyboards though. So you might have to import from the US, so be prepared for import taxes and handling fees on top of whatever you pay for the board.

The only "cheap" hardwired Dvorak I've seen is the Matias Dvorak keyboard, and that's specific to Mac / OS X and isn't mechanical. Though it does have the Windows logo branded on the option key. Still costs £80 including VAT.

Well I'm not looking for cheap specifically, just the costs getting it from america on top of the keyboard itself make it less appealing
I could always get a Keyboard I can swap the keys that's minimal...or black completely and just change the map
