Mechanical Keyboards!

I'm looking to buy a mechanical keyboard in about a months time for Easter. My budget is around £100 might be able to get more if there is a big difference. Would like some advice since this will be my first mechanical keyboard

My current one is a £10 k/b & mouse set from Microsoft

Thinking about getting the Corsair Vengeance K90. Good choice?

Well first i would if i were you research a little in regards to what kind of switch you want in your keyboard. The standards are CHerry MX BLACK, RED, BLUE and BROWN. I think its cooler master thats coming out with a keyboard using Cherry MX GREEN which would be a mix of blue and either black or red if i recall correctly.

Im currently using a steelseries 6gv2 using black switches. But im more for blue or green when they come out so thats what im going to switch to.

Qpad MK-85 Red LED Pro Backlit Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is really good but is a bit pricy.

I'll have a look at the different switches now.

I think I'd prefer Red / Blue although I'm not sure. I'll have a think about it.

Have a gander in your local Purple store, they should have a few mechanicals. Preferred switches are black and brown, although brown are harder to find (but give a feel closer to a non-mechanical keyboard than the others).
