I would like to replace the mechanical oil timer. A few of the pins are broke and it's not very accurate. It's one of thoses APT timmers. On/Off/Timer

The heating system is basic. Installed in 1995.

Loft fed, external oil burner/boiler with pump.
Stove with back boiler and pump. (Separate switch)
No thermostat or zones.
Both can heat the water.

The timer is in an unheated hall with the electrical board. Getting fed up with having to climb up and down to operate it lol

Is a smart heating system an option? I plan on replacing all rads and install TRV's this year. Smart TVRs to control separate rooms?

Thanks.

I emailed Tado and they said The starter kit and extension kit will work.

Ended up getting both for 220 a saving of 77 quid.
