my friend has media center 2005 edition installed, all updates etc. running on a geforce 440mx (possibly the problem, will test with my 6800GT) and it gets REALLY flickery... below is a worst case image.

/edit, it looks like some sort of redraw error, possibly, all latest nvidia drivers installed, i'm not really sure what it could be, it flashes between this and normal, and inbetweens.
