I'm looking at buiding a Micro ATX build to sit behind my TV and use as a media server / play films through HDMI to TV.

It needs to be as cheap as possible. Would this work or would a FM1 build be better for this?
If so does any 1 know a mini FM1 board?
Can this play at 1080p without issues?
