Hi, i am looking to buy a new graphics card and put my ati 1850 (with arctic cooling fan) into a media pc, my current case - the 1850 with artic fan just fits so no way it will fit in media center, can anyone recommend a Media center case this would probably fit it?

have a look at Antec's range they have a couple of nice media centre style cases that it should fit into, I squeased an Artic cooler on my 9600pro in an aria!
 
Zalman HD-160 perfect Media center case - a little big .. but looks awsome next to an amp/home theater setup, would also easily fit most gfx cards.. only card i can think of that would be too large (too long not fat or wide) would be the 8800gtx as these cards are Damn long.

ps i had a Nvidia 7950gx2 card in mine with little problems.
 
I have a Zalman HD-160XT and can definately say these cases will have enough room for your card, one of the reasons I bougth this case was to increase my options when it comes to upgrade and expansion
