Hi all, hope you can help me, I'm looking to get a living room media center built based on:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/syscon_int.php?prodid=FS-391-OK

My main concern is noise (or lack of it!) but I'd like to have some gaming capability. I've heard that these AMD chips are reasonably good in the integrated graphics department. I'm not looking to play the latest titles in 4k but realistically what can I expect from them? Latest games on lowest settings? 3 year old titles?

I'm looking to upgrade the following components, if anyone could venture an opinion it'd be appreciated (remember, reducing noise above all):
Case - Silverstone SST-ML07B Milo Mini ITX Case - Black - bigger case, better airflow, cooler, right?
Processor - one of the A10s - better integrated graphics but how will this affect heat/ noise?
Cooler - Raijintek Pallas Low Profile CPU Cooler - 140mm - bigger fan = slower = quieter?
RAM - looking at one of the 16GB 2133Mhz options to maximise iGPU performance, but again, how does this affect heat/ noise?
Hard drive - upgrade to SSD, less noise? No 2nd drive
Optical - Blu Ray
Power Supply - would I need to upgrade this given my choices above?

Many thanks for any advice you can offer :D
