Media Centre Spec Check

Hi, I was thinking about upgrading my media centre with the following:

Intel Core 2 Duo E2140 1.60GHz
Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD
Samsung SpinPoint T HD501LJ 500GB
Compro VideoMate DVB-E700 Digital TV Internal PCI-E
Tagan TG330-U01 330W ATX Silent PSU
2x1gb ddr2-800 poss GEIL or Crucial
Arctic Freezer 7 Pro
Creative X-Fi Xtreme Gamer 7.1

Does anyone have any thoughts about this build?

Particularly interested in feedback regarding the Motherboard, PSU and TV Card?

Do you not want one of those nice HTPC cases ( Antec, silverstone, zalman ) with a silent PSU already in it ?

Well I already have an Antec Overture which is very nice and a perfect stand for my centre speaker

If your not going to be overclocking you could actually get a faster AMD system.

How much does all that come to?

Its about £230 but I already have case, psu and sound card.

I will clock it though, it would be rude not to
