Media Centre Spec

Right, another "Spec me" thread. But this one os for a media centre.
It doesn't need a case (as I already have one in mind) nor a keyboard and mouse as I believe they are a personal preference.
It will be plugged into a HD ready 43" TV. And possibly have Sky plugged into it if possible.

Price around 500 quid.
(Without windows as I haven't decided which one to get yet)

That looks fine, although would swop the motherboard for a Asus, and you also needs a remote control/receiver. MS bundle will do. 160GB HD is a bit paltry and not very good value for money, get a 320GB.
