Media PC build help!

Hey guys.

My dad is looking to either buy or have me build a new PC for him.

He's a big fan of photography and editing his pictures on the PC, using photoshop ETC.

He's looking to spend between 700-800 pounds simply on the tower itself and would prefer a quick but quiet system.

Here is what i have come up with so far, i havnt put any overclocking cpu in the spec as i guess your dad wont tinker with that. Not sure what type of graphics card he needs or maybe the onboard gpu will be sufficient.
