Media Portal and dual screen?

My HTPC has dual display, not clone but the other one (mouse scrolls to one screen and the other) 15" CRT is primary, 28" is secondary.

Windows Media Centre remembers which screen I opened up, and runs full-screen. I can't use primary at the same time, but that's no big deal.

In Media Portal it opens up in primary, when I move Media Portal window to the secondary screen then full screen, it flicks back to primary. Is there a solution apart from using clone mode, or a single screen?

Have you checked their forums? I swear I remember reading a thread on this somewhere or perhaps it was AV forums. Definately worth a search in both places/

Another thing I'd reccomend is a program called Ultramon which can choose where to load up programs.

I think the problem may lie on the fact that DirectX apps only load on primary display (games,etc) and there is no way to get them to load on the secondary screen im afraid without reassigning displays.
