I have XP + Media Portal, M-Audio revo 5.1 going into a av processor. Playing back a AVI with AC-3 in Media Player or Media Player Classic has the av processor picking up the AC-3 signal.
But in Media Portal it doesn't do this. I have used the MPA codec in Media Portal audio codec, SPDIF for all. Default Directsound device selected.
FFDSHOW is enabled, AC-3 codec setting is set to SPDIF.
AC-3 filter isn't installed.
Basically I just want it to work like Media Player does.
