Media Remote for my Dell Studio 15

I bought my studio off the dell outlet, and it didnt come with a media remote which goes in the expresscard slot...

If I was to buy one off the bay, would it just work ? (with windows media centre)

Also, should my laptop have come with a remote by standard ? or maybe not cause it was a outlet laptop?...

The older Studio 15 (1535 I think) came with the remote as standard but the new one doesn't (the 1555). Just took delivery of mine today and have to say I'm very impressed

Yeah, Mine is the 1535. But it didnt come with one, not sure if its cause the outlet version.

Maybe I could give dell a call, and they send me one for free

i have a 1525 and i bought a remote from the bay, and yes it did work out of the box.
