Medical system.

Hi, not after any medical advice but actually how the system works, im currently away from home at uni and not currently registered at a doctors here, will any of the drop in centres be able to prescribe anti biotics? or would i need to and sign up at a doctors and relinquish my old doctors at home.

Thanks, I dont know if a chest infection is emergency or not though, and last time I tried to go to the local GP they told me said id have to switch, ( not any of this 14 day stuff ) she may have been a wolly.
